Private Registry Records
During private testing or where privacy settings restrict access, registry information may be visible only to authorized users and administrators.
Public Registry Features
If ReefRegistry introduces public coral profiles, QR-code verification, or publicly searchable registry records, certain coral information may become publicly accessible.
Before enabling public visibility of personal account information, we will establish appropriate privacy controls and provide any required notices or choices.
We will not intentionally publish private contact information, such as email addresses, as part of a public coral registry without an appropriate legal basis.

D. Business Transfers
If ReefRegistry undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Data Storage and Security
ReefRegistry uses cloud-based infrastructure, including Google Firebase services, to support account authentication, coral records, and image storage.
